router completely dead

hi a fault has been reported could someone chase up the new router , the fault ref is REP-12913818

the router is completely dead , no lights at all , mains socket is ok , did speak to support and they said one would be sent out , but not heard anything

Hi Debbie , router received all ok broadband now working , I sent the old one back to talk talk returns

When did you speak to them @tricia22??  Bear in mind they generally advise a couple of days and this can be longer if a weekend intervenes. 

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. You need to complete your community forum profile details for TT staff to identify your account, @tricia22?.

 

Go via your avatar/name; settings; add your Talktalk landline number  / account number in Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.
