Hi I'm wanting to switch my broadband to plusnet though I'd like to talk customer service beforehand but I'm unable to find any live chat button whatsoever here or the other site and I would prefer not having to call. Can I have some help with accessing either that or a customer service email? Thanks

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. If you can't, make sure any ad blockers are disabled and pop-ups and redirects allowed. Or try a different browser.
