I got in touch with TalkTalk regarding cancelling our contract as of today 17 June 2024. You have sent me an email saying I have decided to stay with TalkTalk. That's not true. I want to cancel TalkTalk as of today as had been arranged.

The cease order has been stopped, its not clear why.

You will need to phone and speak to the loyalty team as cancellations cannot be completed on the forum.

 

Staff may be able to check if it's gone through but that is all.
