Hi there, I want to change the setting of filter of my wifi so I called the customer service earlier, and was told that I should be able to do it through my security setting. However, I cannot open the My Security page properly even just once, despite that I have tried several different devices and both wifi and mobile data. Can someone help me to sort it out? The wifi has been blocking each and everything for a bit, and my flatmate and me can't even read a google scholar essay no more.
