Hello, 

 

I am no longer a customer with Talk Talk; I have moved house and I am trying to return my router but I have not yet received a bag.  Please can you send me a returns bag so that I will not face charges.  I keep receiving emails telling me that the time has passed, but this is not my fault as I have been waiting and waiting to receive a bag.

Your service will continue unless you inform Talktalk that you wish to cancel, @agalachcik.

 

The contract end does not automatically cancel the service  - it continues at full price.

 

Have you cancelled by phoning 03451 720088?

 

Please start your own topic if you need any help: return to the message board and click on start a topic. 

 

Add your new address in Private Notes, at the end of Personal Information. Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu......complete the original account information in Personal Notes, as well as the new address in Private Notes. SAVE CHANGES.

Can I get return back on new adres

Hello,

 

My contract has just been finished and I would like to request a return bag bit on a new adres. How can I get one?

It's pretty much 2 weeks since we replied to you, so without communication to follow up, until now, it is not currently in the queue for attention.

I have done the changes as requested, can I have a member of the support team to deal with my previous request please about getting a replacement back so I may return my router.

Have you put your NEW address details in Private Notes (at the end of the Personal Information section), @Lordmittons.

 

Also add your old Talktalk landline number in Personal Information, so that staff can identify your account. 

 

Go via your avatar/name; settings; drop down menu. SAVE CHANGES.
