One of my son's has forgotten his password to his email account. I have logged into the My Account but I cannot change it because he cannot remember the original. There was no mobile attached to the account years ago so he cannot receive a text. The recovery email address may be his email address so he can't access it. Going around in circles here. How do I get to reset his email address password; the acccount is in my name and "my account" gives me access to all the family 5 emails accounts. Thanks Steve
