Administrator role

I have been with TalkTalk  for about 14 years with just myself and my wife (using one of the 6 available sub-accounts). Now that I want to create another mail address I find that on logging into my account Mailbox Manager is not visible to me; I read that this is because I do not have administrator status. I have tried logging in using my wife's credentials which failed.  Anyone know how I get administrator role?

The link I gave, is the most direct link to go to 'Mailbox Manager'

There is also a TalkTalk article, telling you something about it, at https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/Articles/Managing-TalkTalk-Mail/ta-p/3082194.  This does have links to  'Mailbox Manager'

(By the way, I dislike 'Mailbox Manager', because there are no mailboxes and mail/s, on the internet. There are email addresses and emails. Email Addresses Manager would be preferable.)

Thanks Bill - that looks like me sorted. Just a point, is there a link to Mailbox manager buried deep somewhere in TT's site, there must be a way of accessing it other than your very usefully supplied link

That's correct, you can't access 'Mailbox Manager' via 'MyAccount' now.

To access an expanded version of the old  'Mailbox Manager',

go here: https://apps.talktalk.co.uk/myaccount/?#/login

enter 1 of your TalkTalk email addresses and the relevant password.

There is a maximum of 5 email addresses possible

Hi Fez, have you any observations? It might help if I replace text deleted in error after "Anyone know...............how I get administrator role"

Just today.  I have never knowingly needed the role to do anything and assumed I could do all I needed because it's my account.
