Hello - has there been any updates as to when this part of the email service will be available? The message says that it was estimated to be the end of September once work on the new upgraded platform was finished.
The mail migration project is over-running and some mailboxes still await migration to the new look mail platform.
We had anticipated that the ability for users to delete mailboxes and then create new mailbox addresses would return in due course and I understand that a final decision on the return of these features is awaited.
