My Tiscali email account was hacked before Christmas. A scammer added a forwarding rule to my account so that all my emails were being forwarded to a fake account. I discovered this, deleted the rule and changed my password however my email is still not working. Messages sent to me are not arriving but the sender is seeing the mail in their Sent folder. When I try to send an email it sticks in my Out Box. I am using web mail just to make sure that this issue isn't caused by Outlook or Apple Mail. Strangely mail from my GMail account is being forwarded to my Tiscali account as it should be but mails sent directly GMail to Tiscali are not being delivered.

Hi Lesleybd, when you reset the password you must use an entirely new password never used before or the mailbox won't be reset in order to send and receive again after being hacked.
