I've had my email account deactivated without any warning today. Spent 30 minutes talking to tech support, still no fix.

You're welcome. Please be sure to reset the password and it absolutely must be a brand new one that you've never used before anywhere. It's definitely worth running an Antivirus Scan and Malware scan on all internet connected devices.

When staff reach your thread during the day they'll sort it for you, @BayGin.
Please complete your community forum profile details for them to identify your account. Add your Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information. Go via your avatar, settings ....SAVE CHANGES.
