My password appears to have been changed which means I can neither send or receive emails or access Mytalktalk.  I cannot receive codes to update my password as my mobile phone number is out of date.  Please help me.

Is it possible to change my mobile number without logging on to Mytalktalk?

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

If you cannot sign in to webmail then wait for TalkTalk Support to reply here and set up email password recovery.

 

Ask Customer Services to change your MyAccount login email Username and to update your Mobile number. If you can then login to MyAccount you should be able to change the email password. 

 

If you can then sign in to webmail you can update your password recovery reset details.
