Ask us about your TalkTalk email account and Webmail.

So I was originally a talk talk broadband customer but haven’t been for some years (probably 7 or 8 years if not more). When I originally changed provider I was told by talk talk that I had to pay £5 per month for mine and my daughters email accounts and I have been paying ever since (not sure how other people have had theirs free even though they have left?). Anyway I’ve been trying to transfer to Everymail but can’t see the ‘subscription’ option on my mailbox manager page, I’ve kept following the links but couldn’t see where to subscribe. I only realised the option wasn’t there from this forum where someone had put a screenshot of their mail manager where the option was there/visible. I’m also not getting the warning banners and seem able to login via Everymail. Does this mean that as I’ve already been paying I don’t have to do anything else? This is my main email account and I use it for everything so can’t lose access to it. Another question is re my daughters account, she is getting the red banner warnings even though her account should be the second of 5 that we can link to one account. Will she have to subscribe and pay separately now or would it work if I add hers to my account in mail manager? Sorry lots of questions but none of this seems to have been made clear at all and the frustration of looking for an option that was never there in the first place is huge 🤔

Have you seen the help article? The final dropdown gives you a link where you can contact Everymail support.

Yes the frustration of going round in circles via bot after bot only to be looking for something that isn’t actually there in the first place 🙄🤔

Hi the red banner isn’t appearing on my emails only my daughters and when I go on my mail manager her email isn’t listed as being on my account even though I have been paying for them both, I remember when I left talk talk that the deal was I paid one £5 fee each month and it covered both accounts. Can I just put/add hers onto my mail manager as the second account? If she goes onto her mail manager the subscribe option is there but obviously it would be better to pay just one fee for both accounts as I have been doing for years.

Oh, I’m so sorry. I’m new to all this and finding it hard to get the hang of it.

I have a similar issue regarding Everymail migration. I wasn’t paying for emails since I left TalkTalk broadband, but just before the Everymail announcement I registered to pay by Direct Debit, though no payment has yet been taken. I also can’t see how to subscribe to Everymail. I appear to be able to login to email through Everymail, but there is no link to subscription showing there and when I follow the instructions I just go round in circles. Their bot is useless and keeps telling me to do the same thing, which doesn’t work. Does this mean that I am automatically subscribed? As with Minx061, this is my primary email, which I desperately don’t want to lose access to. I have had no warning banners either. I am quite elderly and am finding all of this very confusing and stressful.

Hi there @Minx0161 please provide a screenshot of the red banner warning. It seems like your email has transitioned as you have mentioned that you are able to log in.
