My sincere greetings to all;
How can I change my email address?... I would like to change my current TalkTalk.net email address to my Yahoo email account, but the TalkTalk website doesn't give me that option, telling me I should be connected to the TalkTalk Wi-Fi network. I work/use TalkTalk through my TalkTalk subscription for internet access, and the help link never helps because it's always loading... so I'm reaching out to all of you in case someone can help me with this problem. I've been trying for several months now... but without success.
Thank you very much if anyone can help me. Thank you.
Liberto

When I try to click to send replies to messages, I almost always get a yellow warning saying it's not possible... but I've noticed it works about half the time despite the warning.
On the other hand, the number 1 constantly appears next to my avatar, as if there were a message to read... and when I click (on/over my avatar), nothing appears except the bell icon... not the email button. I would like to take this opportunity (IF IT WORKS) to thank you all for your kindness, patience, and always professional help, and to apologize for my poor English. amahle-TT

Ah, thanks for clarifying.
Providing you are on the TalkTalk broadband connection there should be no issue, or are you an email customer only with no broadband?
We do sometimes see some funny things on my account and you could try the following.
I'll leave you to decide the order you try these in.
If you are a mail only customer or still have issues after trying this, please add both your TalkTalk and Yahoo email addresses to your private notes field in your profile, which only you and staff can see, so they can look into further on their return Monday.

First of all, thank you so much for your prompt response and attempt to help me.
I would like to completely delete my TalkTalk.net Webmail account and have all future messages from TalkTalk sent to my Yahoo.co.uk account. However, when I try to do this through My Account on the TalkTalk website, it won't let me, displaying the following message:
"Online bills are sent to this email address. Your device must be connected to your TalkTalk Wi-Fi network to change your account email address."
And the link for help never works! It just keeps loading.
My router and internet connection are working fine at the moment.
This problem has been happening for a few months now, which is why I decided to seek help here with you.
Thanks again for your interest in helping me.
Sincerely, Liberto

Sorry, but what exactly are you trying to change and under what circumstances?
You cant just change an email address as they are 2 separate companies.
If you already have 2 email addresses, are you trying to change one for another as a logon to a system?
Or are you wishing to access both under one application? If so on what devices?
Using a third party client like Thunderbird on any of your devices will give you access to both email addresses at the same time.
I'm struggling to actually , what you mean by changing your email address so hope the above helps, but if not please expand upon what you are trying to do.
Thank you.
