No, if this can be done, I would be grateful. I have been told over 20 times that this was going to the back office or escalated but it never actually happens.  I just hope it works this time. Will I get conformation when this has been done?

I've sent the emails to the back-office team, linking of your emails should be processed within 48 hours (Working days). Is there anything else I can do for you?

Hi, we all got the emails regarding Everymail. I have been in touch with Talktalk about this since June, they say it can't be done but to try contacting the community to see if they could help. That's why I contacted you

Hi   No restrictions for any of us, we can send and receive as normal. Just want the addresses linked to my account so we don't have to pay for them. Thanks

@Julie2000, you need to list ALL relevant email addresses in Private Notes  - that's an area found in Personal Information in the profile area. Nothing to do with Private Messages. 

 

Go via your avatar; settings; ....etc if you didn't find it through Ferguson's link, which took you to Fr8ys's information notice and the relevant profile link.

 

The Private Notes section is towards the end of the Personal Information area. Remember to SAVE CHANGES.

Hi, thanks for replying.

 

It is with Talktalk, They cut me off by mistake last year and I had to open a new account with them. They then say they cannot link the email addresses from my original account to my new account.
