I have 5 Talktalk emails that need to be linked to my new broadband account. How can I do this.

@Julie2000, whatever you do, don't pay Everymail!
Some customers in your situation actually did this as they were so worried about keeping their email addresses going, and it takes a lot to unravel the extra complications to unsubscribe.
So stick with Talktalk's promise to link your email addresses to the current broadband account and it then remains Talktalk's responsibility to ensure that this happens.

This is what I have been saying for over 4 months, they said it was impossible to link the addresses to my account! Hopefully this is now sorted and I will be able to see them on my account. Thank you so much for your help.

If you didn't have an active account that would be the case, since you have an active account all we had to do is link your emails to that account, so you won't be at risk of losing your email accounts. The link sent to you asking you subscribe is for customers who don't have active broadband accounts with us.

Does this mean I will be able to see the email addresses in "My Account" and I won't have Monday for them going forward? When I spoke to TT today they said the accounts had all been set up with Everymail and it was for Everymail to sort out any problems.

Please note that you don't need to worry as we've completed all steps to have the emails linked, you shouldn't have any restrictions on the accounts moving forward. Thanks

Hi, there are no restrictions. It is just I want them linked to my current TT broadband account so I don't have to Pay for them whilst I am a broadband customer. TT have emailed yesterday and said "
advised they have completely re registered your account, and added you as a new user for the Every Mail issue.
If this does not work, then you would need to raise the issue directly with Every Mail so that they can do there investigation from there end, please see the link below for more information" But again they have not said if it is just my account or all 5 of us. I just want them linked to my broadband

No, if this can be done, I would be grateful. I have been told over 20 times that this was going to the back office or escalated but it never actually happens. I just hope it works this time. Will I get conformation when this has been done?

I've sent the emails to the back-office team, linking of your emails should be processed within 48 hours (Working days). Is there anything else I can do for you?
