Hi Ya
I created a new / spare email address 6 months ago solely for my voluntary work on compiling a foodbank lists for covering Greater Manchester.
But when i contact the foodbanks for updates ( every 4 months) about 20 are saying the e mails are going to their spam folder or they haven't received an e mail.
This is the second round of e mails that it has happened to.
Why is this happening as i don't want to go back to using my personal e mail address again?
xxxxxx
I use outlook for my e mail client for both personal and this new e mail
Thanks

What you can do is to Ask the foodbank to whitelist your email address, they can add you to their “safe senders” list or mark your message as “Not Spam.”

Okay thanks, since you mentioned that you are using outlook to access your emails, I will need you to use webmail so we can better diagnose the issue as outlook is a party.

Hi ya
I am able to send and receive emails.
The problem is quite a few are going to people's spam folder or they are not receiving them

So basically you can confirm that you are able to receive emails however you are unable to send?

I have removed your email address above as this is a public platform.

No it can be to other people also along with other homeless charities.
I thought it may have been because its a new e mail.
Thanks
