Hello. For some reason there a some emails which do not come through to my account. This has been very annoying. I have checked on my app and online and in spam. I know they have been sent as I have seen on sender's sent list
Yesterday I did not receive from : info@rentsmart24.com and last week from Harris Shields.
Please help

The original email that was forwarded and received - what was the sending domain for the forwarding?
I'll assume that the received email and the normal emails from rental24 (you quoted rentsmart24.com as the sending domain) are from different servers?
If the rentsmart24.com mail servers operate a suppression list then what happens when there's a difficulty in delivering your mail messages after retrys is that your email address gets added to a suppression list. Means you get no more emails. The originator sees that mail has been sent to the mail sending service but may not be aware that the mail sending service has suppressed sending to your address. It's a protection measure for the mail sending service to avoid being blacklisted by recipient mail services for sending to unavailable addresses.
The fix is for the originator to ask the email admin contact for the mail sending service to remove your email address from a suppression list or whitelist your address so that all mail is sent regardless. Then you'll get their messages once more.

Hi. I am very confused as I have definitely not received emails from these addresses and I know they were sent as I was there when they did it. One of them (rental24) forwarded her original email and I received that.
There must be some block on certain emails addresses.

I've run 7 day scans on both the sending and incoming email addresses and there's no logs for an issue.

I've had a look at rentsmart24.com and harris-shieldscollection.uk and don't see anything amisss with mail authentication although harris-shieldscollection.uk is on a blacklist for IP address 94.237.48.127
For TalkTalk Support include in the Community Profile (not in these public posts):
Account holder name, TalkTalk home 'phone number (if not Data Only broadband)
Alternative mobile contact number. Full address with postcode (in the Location box)
Scroll down to Private notes to add your TalkTalk email address that you wish to be checked
Check and Save changes
Select here: Update your profile
NB the check on mail incoming to your TalkTalk email address is just for the previous 7 days so both mailings must have taken place in the last week to be logged and appear in the check.
