I am a Onetel legacy user. I cannot access my webmail account. When I go in through "https://apps.talktalk.co.uk/appsuite/" it returns an error
ERROR
A few months ago when they were doing the upgrade I went in through "https://apps-legacy.talktalk.co.uk/appsuite/#!!&app=io.ox/mail" but today that says:
User is deactivated (AUTHORIZATION-0001)
Is there a general problem with TalkTalk webmail, or is it with my account?
Can anybody help...

Hi all, there is an open indident for latency on the mail platform. That will lead some to be unable to login to their mail.

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

There's no reported long term problem and in fact my mailbox sign in's were trouble free during this incident when a few others were experiencing issues. Just one of those 'computer says not now I'm busy' issues or whatever. It was picked up by TalkTalk pretty quickly.
I'll keep an eye on performance as I'm connected to the Mail platform on most days.

Thanks Both - I managed to login about 2 hours later.
It seems that every couple of weeks there is a glitch on the TalkTalk webmail system. Is it known to be problematic?

Your onetel mailbox no longer exists on the apps-legacy server which is why you see the User is deactivated message. A normal response. Delete that bookmark as it's no longer required.
What you now need to do is clear the browser cache and cookies just to make sure there's no corrupt cookie or page load hanging around.
Select here: Sign in to TalkTalk Mail
Enter your full TalkTalk Mail onetel email address, select Continue and enter the onetel password, select Sign in.
At what point do you see the error message about some mandatory configuration could not be loaded? That's normally a database access error so maybe the mail platform is having trouble finding your mailbox on the mailbox server. It may be a temporary glitch so try again in 30 minutes.
Post back with the details if it's still happening.
