Ask us about your TalkTalk email account and Webmail.

Hi,
I'm having issues with my TalkTalk email where emails from myself/other TalkTalk users and some external users are consistently going to my Spam folder, even when they're plain text.(even just a few words!)
This affects mail sent from TalkTalk addresses to my TalkTalk address, including from Webmail.
I never know of the emails existence on my phone or PC, because it is being done on the server end. (and I never check spam on webmail)
Could you please check the spam filtering configuration on my account. (although I see many users are having the same issue)
I have whitelisted my family, and gone into spam and selected those as not spam, but there are hundreds that are too aggressively being sent to spam, without my knowledge.

Thank you, Could you please tell me the last part of your email address? This is the section after the @ symbol.
For example it might be talktalk.net or tiscali.co.uk.

I completely understand how you feel however, we need to run checks to be able to determine what the issue is. Can you tell me the version of the operating system on your devices used?
1) Windows 10 or Latest versions
2) Windows 8 or older versions

Its Windows, but surely it has nothing to do with where I am viewing emails. They are being put in spam at the server your end. Ni matter where I check, they ate in talktalks spam folder, not in a local spam folder in my devices

Additionally, I have just logged in to my wifes webmail account and she has the same issue. There are emails in spam from me, and from herself

I understand, I will run checks on my end, I need to know what device are you using when accessing your email?
Personal Computer
Laptop
Smartphone
Tablets
Gaming consoles
You did mention a laptop, is there any other device that you are using or is it the laptop most the time that you are using?

These are basic checks that I have done ir know usnt the problem. I have internet access, can send emails by webmail and receive them. However a selection of emails to my 4 family members go to spam. Also some external companies are having their emails to me being diverted to spam at your server. Some are simple emails with a lig in code, others are replies to questions from me. However, clear spam gets through

I understand you have an email issue, I will run through some question with you to determine the cause. Can you check your TalkTalk Internet access for me now and let me know if it works? You can do this by trying to reload the site or application you were experiencing problems with, or trying to search for something on the Internet.

No it also happens when I send by webmail, and when companies email me. As I said its random if they go to spam or not.
As below -If you can look in my sent box, where did the 19.52hr message to my daughter go? The same one sent at 21.18hrs arrived. They were sent by webmail

I understand, @zippy1148 . We can only run diagnostic tests on your TalkTalk Webmail, not on your email client app. Please confirm if this issue occurs only in your client app or also in TalkTalk Webmail.

I have whitelisted my family, set up a move to inbox and added them as a contact in the talktalk app. Even if this has helped, I was getting many company emails going to spam, that shouldnt have. Since I use Outlook, I cant regularly go onto your web mail to see ehat you have filtered out

Settings are correct and as I have used for many years.
Yesterday some arrived ok, and some went to spam. Today they are all arriving. Its random

It happens everywhere. I just used a browser that has never been used for webmail. Cleared history and cache. Used talktalk webmail and sent myself an email about 19 mins ago. It hasnt appeared anywhere. Just repeated the same twuce and it arrived in my inbox. !
