Hi,
I'm having issues with my TalkTalk email where emails from myself/other TalkTalk users and some external users are consistently going to my Spam folder, even when they're plain text.(even just a few words!)
This affects mail sent from TalkTalk addresses to my TalkTalk address, including from Webmail.
I never know of the emails existence on my phone or PC, because it is being done on the server end. (and I never check spam on webmail)
Could you please check the spam filtering configuration on my account. (although I see many users are having the same issue)
I have whitelisted my family, and gone into spam and selected those as not spam, but there are hundreds that are too aggressively being sent to spam, without my knowledge.

Yesterday, I cleared browser and sent an email from a laptop at 19.53 to my daughter, it went into her spam box.

Thank you for confirming, can you clear your browser history and try to access your email through the browser after you have clear it. Send yourself an email to the email address that you have an issue with. Kindly provide feedback if the email went to your spam folder or your inbox.

Hi there, there are a number of reasons why your emails will be going into your spam folder, can you check your Setting, on your setting check incoming email and check and confirm which folder is selected.

So there are 2 issues. A vaste amount of spam emails that get through, even though I keep marking them as spam on talktalk app.
But the main issue is spam filtering putting family emails into spam at your server end. I have whitelisted my family and even set up a divert to send all emails from my email address to my inbox but still emails from me to me dont arrive. Sometimes they appear in spam, but sometimes they dissappear all together. I need the ability to email stuff from one PC to another. Please can an agent help?

Hi, @zippy1148
I think you might temporarily be able deal with this, by using TalkTalk webmail via your browser in your PC,
and similarly installing a browser on your phone, and using TalkTalk webmail via your browser in your phone.
I know it's not an ideal solution, but it could work for the time being.
I am just as annoyed as you, with the spam issue.
