Please link my emails to my broadband account

Current talktalk fibre customer.  Account access email address outside of talktalk.  Not findong it easy to log in to my account as it says there is suspicious activity and locks the account.  But have 2 talktalk email accounts - both saved in private notes.  The second g.*****@talktalk.net seems to be having problems.
