I have received an e-mail out of the blue (which I assumed to be Spam) informing me that I will lose my existing e-mail account if I do not contact you. This despite the fact that my Broadband account is on-going.
As suggested I have added the relevant e-mail address to the private section of my profile.
Please ensure that this e-mail address is linked to my existing Braodband account.
And let me know that this has been done.

It's not so much the e-mails that I'm concerned about, it's the fact that I can't no longer send e-mails from TalkTalk e-mail, and it seems that it will terminated, in toto - for no reason - with effect from 8th September. If I do not pay to subscribe to the alternative service.
As an on-going TalkTalk customer I am entitled to this e-mail account, as per the terms of my original contract.
Please reassure me that this service will not be terminated as threatened.
