Still not receiving email!!

I first posted two days ago about not receiving emails into webmail. I have had an email from Ady asking some questions. Questions answered and since then no response and still only two emails received (compared to many received into phone app). Talktalk can surely fix this.

Ian, a simple soul looking to get what I pay for.

@Titibizer, also complete your community forum profile details for Talktalk staff to identify your account. 

 

You need to go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu....Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.

Any emails are for notification purposes only, so if you tried to answer Ady's questions by email, these would not have reached him, @Titibizer. It's a No Reply address. 

 

If a member of staff specifically asks you to send a private message you do that via the "send message" button in their profile. 

 

Most of the time [but NOT including personal information details] you should post back your reply in your own thread.

Reply in the one we're on now, but you will need to wait till after the weekend for a reply from staff.
