Suddenly I can't send emails that contain an image. Why?

How is this occurring? Using Webmail or a third party client such as Outlook or Thunderbird?

 

Are you getting any error messages?

 

Is the image as an attachment or in the body of the email?

 

Is this any image or a specific one? If specific what size is the file (and format, i.e .jog).

 

What device is this from, phone, tablet, pc? Have you tried this from another device? Does this fail too 

 

I assume you have tried the old trick of turning the device you are using off, then on again and get the same result. If not please try that.

 

If you are using a third party client, sometimes deleting the account, closing the program then reopening it and adding your account again can clear issues.

 

Hopefully this can be resolved if you can let us have more information and what you have tried to resolve this
