As we head into the summer months, we are delighted to bring our TalkTalk Consumer Email Community the exciting news that we will soon be upgrading our email platform. The mailbox migration activity will commence in late July following the completion of our testing, and we hope to complete the migration of all email addresses by the end of October.
Further communications will be sent via email in advance of when your own mailbox will be migrated, these communications will include the target date for your migration. For a sneak preview of the new TalkTalk Webmail layout click here, as you can see it includes all the features available today with a new look and feel.

As the Mail migration moves forward customers will receive emails in advance of any changes. Keep an eye out for the mail and be sure to check your spam/junk folders if you experience any difficulty accessing your mail. Improvements to your mailbox will be worth any temporary inconvience during this process. If you see the error User is deactivated (AUTHORISATION - 0001) you simply need to change the URL you're using to access your webmail.
