TalkTalk mail server blocking incoming verification emails (again)?

I am unable to register with a an online charity service (https://www.wearecast.org.uk/) using my Lineone email account because I am unable to receive the verification email they send to me. I requested it to be re-sent several times, but nothing arrives in my Lineone inbox (either webmail or Outlook client). Instead, I have had to register using a Sky email account, which has no problem receiving the verification email, which came through immediately (from hello@wearecast.org.uk). What is going on? Is the TalkTalk mail server blocking the incoming email? It seems the most likely explanation. But it makes no sense to me, and means I can't use my Lineone email account to register for this service.
