Hi ya

Just noticed that some e mail addresses are going to my spam folder on the web mail so i am not getting them on my client app.

I have now marked them as not spam but why is this happening?

Thanks

I'm afraid there's nothing we can do on an individual mailbox except to block all mail in, all mail out or both.

To add an email address to the allow list or the block list open the email click the 3 dots and you see add sender to allow list at the bottom of the pop up.

Hi @Ady-TalkTalk

I had replies in the past every 4 months when indo my foodbank lists updates from them but just this time.

What's the best way of searching my spam folder for other missing emails?

I've tried using the 1st bit of the email address before the @ and the last bit like talktalk in the search box but both didn't show the missing emails so i did a manual search..

How do I add emails to.my allowed list?

Is there a way of just resetting my spam folder so I start a fresh?

Thanks

Hi Pash02, it's likely others have marked the domains or even those email addresses as spam and this will result in them being moved into spam. Have you tried adding them to your allow list?
