Hi, one of the email addresses on my account is a tiscali address - this has suddenly stopped working, password being rejected from mail clients (outlook - which has the password saved) and also failing on webmail.
I have access to TalkTalk "My Account", but any attempt to reset the email password requires either knowing the email password or being able to access the email account, which we can't do.
Can someone contact me to sort this out please?

Good to know you do have password recovery options saved via the Reset details on the user menu in your mailbox.
There's an issue being investigated. Some users are seeing delays in signing in to the Mail platform and general slowness in responding. The incident is being worked on and you can track it on the Service Status (Email) page.

OK, found the recovery method via mobile number. Would love to know why this happened though.
