Hi ya
On my desktop I am unable to send emails again after waiting 24 hours.
I successfully sent out emails to 120 recipients in blocks of 10 recipients in each email in the space of an hour or more.
Now I and getting the confirm my smpt details Pop up box inside my email client outlook.
I click OK and it just constantly repeats it self with the pop up box.
On my phone a test email is stuck in the outbox.
What is going on with all this and why is it happening?
Thanks

The SMTP outgoing server is rejecting the connection. Try sending via webmail.

A TT501 error message means a temporary stop on sending for an hour because the mailbox sending has triggered spam protection due to too many recipients in the last hour. I did previously recommend spreading out sending and not sending to all in one hour but spreading out over a 3 hour timeframe.
