I've been in contact with customer services numerous times stating im a broadband customer but keep receiving emails saying my emails will stop. My situation is that I signed up for a new account with a new email address rather than renewing my account. My old email is receiving emails about it closing.. it is concerning as my wife only uses her talktalk email address.

@brangywhite Thank you for providing the above information, I have read through your previous conversations with us, just to confirm, the email in question is the same one that you initially subscribed to every mail with? If you previously subscribed to every mail using this email address, we are unable to retrieve that email back from every mail and link it to your existing broadband account. I am doing a follow up on the escalation that was sent for you and will provide you with feedback.

Thanks. Im just concerned that the latest email said that after 27th Jan the email account will be deleted so time is pressing.

Your Everymail Subscription has been cancelled because it was not set to auto-renew. To restart your subscription, click Subscribe.
If you don't restart your subscription by 27 January 2026, your account and data will be permanently deleted.
