when ever I try to log in to read my ( XXXXXXX REMOVED FOR SECURITY REASONS) e-mails I can never see them due to you doing some maintenance, stating that my e-mails are not available. this is not just once, it is nearly always WHY?????????

Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

Please never post personal information details in the public thread.
Go via your avatar; settings, drop down menu.
In Personal Information, add your Talktalk phone number or account number.
Near the end of that area, find PRIVATE NOTES. Put the email address in there, and SAVE CHANGES.
Staff will respond during the day (Monday to Friday).
