Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

You'd be best to speak to the Shell Migration team on 03451 720088 (open 9am - 7pm) as staff here cannot help with migrated customers at this time.
Be specific when the phone is answered and ask for the Shell team.
