How many times have we got to go through this? My guess is that updates are being applied to the mail server and the @Tinyworld 

This is tipping me over the edge because once its escalated its sorted swiftly but to get it escalated there's all the tedious checks we have to do to follow the process when ut is a known problem.  

 

Please talktalk give us a direct route to report the problem.  I really wouldn't mind it half as much if we could report it directly.

 

Anyone else losing the will?

@angelique-TT one customer has just posted that it seems to have been fixed. Fingers crossed.

Quite agree.   And as it’s the weekend probably won’t get fixed until Monday.

This has been reported as an issue and referred to the forum manager to send to the relevant team.

 

I have updated the Pinned post on the forum and suggest you check there for updates, but given it's Friday we might not hear anything until Monday.
