Here we are again.  Same error message for emails not sending. 'An error occurred inside the server which prevented it from fulfilling the request.'

What is wrong with this company that this ongoing issue never seems to be fixed? There seems to be no one in charge of any of it. Every month, the same thing seems to happen.

If there is anyone at talktalk looking, please get this fixed. I have tried contacting the CEO of the company but there is never any response.

We're really sorry that you are experiencing this, we are currently collecting all the information regarding this issue and are passing it over to our email team who will look into the cause of it. Once we have an update we will post it here on community.

You need to complete your community forum profile details for Talktalk staff to identify your account, @mdp1234.

 

It's worth doing this in case of any future problems as well as the fact that they can't identify your account simply from your forum name.

 

Go via your avatar; settings; Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES. 

 

Please don't start further new threads for this current issue. 

 

They will be moved out of the way to avoid unnecessary extra work for forum staff. It is against forum rules to post multiple topics for the same current issue.

I pay to keep my email address. Please can someone in this hopeless company explain why this same issue is happening every month. Same error codes about internal server, same issues. Why does it seem to be like starting from scratch every time? It is the same issue every time - we should not be having to go through this each month and then go through individual diagnostics as if it is an individual customer issue. There is seemingly a major issue with talktalk's servers and it needs addressing.
