Please log in to My Account if you need to view or pay your bill, manage boosts and track your usage. From My Account you can also check your connection and test your line for any issues in the Service Centre.

When I log in I get a woman's acc instead,my email and ma mobile are in her acc

Could be a problem with service especially if you're in the South of the country. Here I cannot replicate any issues with TalkTalk Mail right now.
