Today should be my go live day, no router delivery, no correspondence, no nothing.

 

I can’t get in touch with TalkTalk by phone or online messaging. 

How come other companies can carry on functioning during a pandemic but TalkTalk seem to have completely shut down leaving its customers to suffer? 


Perhaps I should cancel while i still  can ??

No reply here then!

I actually got through to tt customer service on Tuesday last week 23rd, was told my router wasn't ordered and would be sent out.

2 days passed and no tracking updates.. so I called back.

I thought I'd ask if my router had been sent yet.. oh it got sent on the 21st

Lies

I was then promised it would arrive by Saturday 25th

Guess what?

Still no router!
