Hi can anyone help, can you tell me how to update the sagemcom-fast 5364 please? Where do you find the update?

This is what the service status message says You have a Sagemcom-FAST5364 but the software needs updating to the latest version.

If you just leave it on and connected it should auto-update.

 

If not then maybe try powerng it down for 30 mins and doing the same thing when it's turned back on.

 

Just keep checking over the next 24 hours kind of thing.

 

If all else fails one of the OCE's can push the update but I'm not sure when they are back on as it's Christmas.

Leave it connected, it may well update overnight...It should be automatic like I said.

 

If not then try again on Monday when I think the OCE's should be back and they can push the update for you.

 

Make sure your profile is up to date including your TT phone no. as it's how they link your forum post to your account.

Also, try a pinhole reset and then wait overnight .
