Not necessarily, and support from staff cannot be provided using 3rd party routers.

 

Many do though use their own for one reason or another.

 

There are so many routers available though so you need to research well.

 

Are you experiencing an issue?

 

If so then of you explain it here, this can be looked into and hopefully a solution found.
