The box does not recognise the ethernet connection to the router, connects to WiFi but connection is disrupted by breaks, buffering, dropouts to error codes (not a recognised error code) on i- player, ITVX. Ethernet connection via TP link looks good

I'm showing poor Wi-Fi coverage and signal strength to some devices, and Wi-Fi congestion.
I've made some changes from here to see if this improves things, so please test over the next 24hrs.
If no improvement we can swap out the router to see if it is at fault. You may also want to consider a Wi-Fi booster etc at some point in the future to improve signal coverage.
