Account not created as new Customer with CityFibre

Hi 

New to TalkTalk

I've had my FTTP installed since May, however since then have been waiting on an email coming through with my account number/details so I can create an account and god forbid pay some bills.

 

I'm wondering if anyone else has had this issue?  Internet is working fine but can't manage my account at all

Hi @tleung

 

It looks like the account has now been created , did you get the email with the direct debit details?  

 

it should have your account number in it, allowing you to register.
