Hi, my broadband has been excellent for nearly two and half years as I have been checking speeds with speedtest at least every couple of weeks and it has always been 37Mbps Which is what was promised when I first signed up but recently (about a week ago) the speed has dropped to between 22 and 24 Mbps. My router is Sagecom. Can you please look into this for me? Thanks

I'm sorry to hear this.
I've completed a line test which has detected a potential fault on the line.
I have passed this over to Openreach to be investigated by a line engineer and we should receive further updates within the next 48-72hrs.
