Broadband Fibre package without phone?

I have the barebones Fibre 35 broadband which includes the landline telephone service, but I never use the landline phone as such. When I renew my contract, can I get a discount for disconnecting the phone service?

(I do understand that the physical landline has to stay connected to carry the broadband signal!)

The landline service is included at no extra charge. The best number for the customer loyalty team is 0345 172 5157.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
