My talk talk too slow so asked to upgrade a 19 year old package.  Told it was not possible unless talk talk took over the home landline. This is my employers phone line which I use for my current broadband  with their permission. But I cannot alter the name on the line or alter  the way the calls are paid.  The landline has to stay with bt.

Any suggestions how to overcome this problem please?

You are out of contract by 19 years , we stopped doing sperate services such as Broadband, phone and line rental a very long time ago , you my have to speak to your employer about changing the package to a bundled deal.
