Can't find 12 months offers

Hello, 

I wanted to renew my contract, but any time I try to check the offers it all links to various Fibre65 offers, but only 24 month long contract, is there a way to check other options? 24 months is long commitment and I'd rather check shorter contracts, but can't find it in My Account.

Best option would be to call the loyalty team on 03451720088 The will be able to see what options are available

@Queltas, the 12 month offer is listed in the small print of the Talktalk deals page:

 See if you can get it cheaper if you pay for the full deal upfront. They used to do that!

You'd be best phoning and speaking to the Loyalty team to see if the offer contracts that differ to those on the website or my account. They hold the best deals available.

 

Chances are they will be dearer as discounts are normally given for longer term and 18 or 24 months are seen as the norm these days.
