I am so fed up, my phone doesn’t always connect, I am sitting here now trying to watch catch-up on 4 and it says something is wrong!!! I am sick of resetting my box and talking to customer service who always say there is nothing wrong with things their end 😡
I can’t watch tv, can’t use internet… I’m fed up

What router do you have, what Model of phone ?
Do other devices lose connection etc.

Sorry to see this, but you haven't given us a lot to go on. Can you maybe explain in a wee bit more detail?
Subject to that, the support team here here will be happy to look into this for you, make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond.
