I’ve cancelled my broadband my contract came to end why are you sending me messages for payments

How did you cancel your contract?

 

You needed to have phoned the loyalty team and given 30 days notice.

 

Alternatively you could have asked your new supplier to cancel as part of the transfer if it was possible.

 

Once a contract period ends the service continues at normal market rates (the contract period is normally a special deal), until formally cancelled by you.

 

Contract terms can be found at the bottom of each web page.
