Each time I try to log in to pay the bill

'Sorry - for technical or security reasons we cannot log you in. Please refresh and try again.'

I try and try and try!

 

Why is it doing this???

I want to pay the bill

please do not cut the service off!

Hi @GeeSuss 

 

Can I just confirm what address you are using to log in,  is it a @hotmail.com address or a @mypostoffice.co.uk address?  there seems to be 2 different addresses associated to you. 

 

Dont post the full address on here.
