Why can't I access TalkTalk chat within working hours - there is no link. Seems that TalkTalk really don't like to talk.

@Lindarussell, you need to return to the message board and click start a topic to begin your own thread.
Also complete your community profile for staff to identify your account. Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu; Personal Information....SAVE CHANGES.

Just tapping in "contact" in the community forum search engine brings up all the contact links, @PhilB123:

I've tried that. From Account, the box isn't linked, from community it doesn't connect

Chat is available, I've just checked. Make sure there are no pop up blockers active, or try an alternative browser, but our chat teams are online.
