Chat wont open

My broadband and TV haven't been working for 2 days now and the chat function will not even load now. I am contacting the consumer Council to confirm I can leave without penalties as you are technically breaking our contract

Hi

 

Faults do occur from time to time with any service. If a fault goes on for more than 30 days without repair, then you are in a position to leave without penalty, but not after 2 days.  

 

If yo have any pop up blockers enabled within your browser, this may stop the chat option window from displaying correctly, so make sure that any blockers are set to allow pop ups for the TalkTalk website etc.

 

If you would like us to look into the broadband issue for you, please Can you please update your Community Profile to include your

 

  • Name
  • TalkTalk Telephone number or Account number
     

We'll then look into this further. Please do not post this information on this thread. Once you've updated your profile please post in your topic to confirm it's updated.
