Hi
For the last few weeks I have been u able to connect my work laptop to the network either WiFi or wired. All my other devices work, so I assumed it was the VPN, I have had it reinstalled twice and tested that it works on other private networks or tethered from mobile device, but it will not connect at home. I have recently spoken with chat agents who ran various tests and said everything appeared to be working fine. When I log into the router I can see the device listed but it will just not allow my work device to connect.
Any help much appreciated.

I've asked our Devices Team to make a change to your router firmware and I will post back to here to confirm once this has been completed.
